Tallest building, great views! Positive: Location, views, apartment was really great, clean and comfortable. It was perfect for us. Negative: Contact details, eg email, messages to property owner, property address, key pickup, was convoluted and confusing. There were no instructions to use coffee machine, I think pods were wrong type, no fire escape information or any way to access front desk via phone or intercom. What if there was a fire? We were on floor 55. Apparently there is an app to join? I advised arrival time but did not receive the pin in a timely fashion, there was a pin sent but it was wrong. This seems to be a common fault.

Wrong location on the advertisment Positive: The unit offers exceptional views, the lift to the 55th floor is superb quick. Negative: The location is not as described in the advertisement. It mentions it is located at Enterprise Park with the map showing it is on the CBD side of the river, however this is incorrect, it is on the Southbank side on the other side of the river. I booked the unit based on it being shown on the CBD side of the river as we needed to be on this side. The owner was good enough to offer a small refund amount, however we spent a lot more or ubers to get around as I expected to be able to utilise the tram system on the CBD side. Also the unit could so with a freshen up, a fresh coat of paint and a more comfortable lounge would be good.
