Prime Location - Stylish CBD Apartment with Views

Excellent location in Melbourne CBD Positive: Excellent location in the CBD with two supermarkets (IGA and Aldi) just a minute or two walk away, key collection and drop off was easy and convenient, pool and spa in the complex were great, the apartment had air con and fans and comfy beds, very quiet Negative: No bottle opener, no salt and pepper sachets and no laundry liquid (we bought some). Also, the dryer seals need a thorough clean and didn't dry our clothes (however I have found this with most washer/dryer combos that I've used). A clothes airer and extra tissues and paper towel would be a good addition.

Well equipped, convenient and comfortable apartment close to most things in the CBD. Highly recommen Positive: The apartment was close to Queen Victoria markets. It wasn't too far to walk into the CBD shopping area (you could catch a tram - lots of different stops/lines around the building). Plenty of places to eat and grocery stores around the apartment. It is secure and clean. There are two bathrooms and two bedrooms. We had a short stay but there is a kitchen you can cook in and a washing machine if you are staying longer and need to do a wash. Highly recommend. Negative: The lift sometimes took a little while to arrive or you had to wait to the next one because it was full. (There is around 75 floors in the building so it is understandable). But overall it did not distract/affect our stay.
