It was good overall and worked out well Positive: It was close to the city and was easy to get around Negative: A lot of the furniture was falling apart like screws weren’t in properly and the sliding doors wouldn’t close fully with some small cracks letting you peak through

Great place to stay Positive: Everything was good. The view was good. Everything within walking distance or easily catch a tram if you don't want to walk to far. State Library and old Melbourne gaol just up the road, both a must see. We did over 73,000 steps in 4 days, the spa was our happy place to relieve our muscles. Negative: The car parking area actually caused me enough anxiety as I feared I would damage my car on either the pillar or the wall. In the end my daughter offered to try to do it. I got out the car and couldn't look. She did a great job. Car didn't move from there until we needed to move it. I've been driving for like 40yrs, not much gives me anxiety but this did. Not the host's fault, it's whoever ever designed the car parking.

Great central location, great communication with owner Positive: Great central location Negative: A few extra amenities would have been helpful, like extra tea towels and a clothes dryer . Just because we were there more than a weekend stay. But otherwise great!

It was great. Value for money. Positive: The view was great. Cleanliness , location , the flat was spacious and the host was easy to get in contact with. Negative: Just do a little check with some of the door locks Separating the bathroom. They dont lock easily.
